eMed Weight Loss Platform - Marketing Landing Page ( Figma to Webflow )
Healthcare users are skeptical — especially around weight loss medication. For this interview project, I designed and built a full marketing landing page in Figma then implemented it in Webflow in one week, structuring the page to answer the three questions every hesitant user asks: what is this, why should I trust it, and how does it work.

Miami City Ballet - Student Class Portal Redesign
As a former dancer, I knew something was wrong when Miami City Ballet's own portal made it hard to book a class. I ran a heuristic evaluation against Nielsen's 10 principles, identified 5 critical usability failures — from broken navigation to error-prone payment flows — and redesigned the portal to fix them.

The average woman owns 40 beauty products — and up to 25% expire unused. Over 10 weeks I ran the full design process solo: user interviews, affinity mapping, persona, task flows, a full design system, and a tested hi-fi prototype. 4 out of 5 usability testers successfully set up reminders without guidance, and 80% said they'd use it weekly.

In 5 days with a team of 3, we identified why Royal Caribbean's Make-A-Wish partnership wasn't converting — users couldn't find donation options without leaving the site. We redesigned the booking journey to embed the 'Wish at Sea' program naturally. 4 out of 5 testers completed the donation flow without friction.

Finally, meet the designer who brings empathy and creativity from dance and service into design - a quick peek into my world.
I was born in Serbia and now call Miami my home, where I blend my European roots with the vibrant energy of South Florida. My journey into UX design started in a place you might not expect - dance and customer service. Both taught me empathy, resilience, and the importance of truly understanding people.
Moving into design has given me a way to combine creativity with problem-solving , creating digital experiences that feel both intuitive and meaningful.
